Mathew has been based in the region since 2002 and worked with senior decision makers in education across the Arab world, Africa and Asia, as well as previously working in education in the UK, Europe and the USA.
Tony Roach
FOUNDING Partner
Tony brings extensive experience in higher education and research administrative technologies to the service of his clients. Before founding Cyanea, Tony held positions that included Director of Software Development, Account Manager, and Strategic Account Executive at Ellucian Company LP, and Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte LLP. Tony has served as a consultant and advisor to public and private sector institutions in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region since 2004.

Helen is an IT project veteran with over 30 years experience. She has successfully delivered a variety of large-scale business solution and technical projects for Higher Education & Research organisations in the Middle East and Europe since 2005. With experience in both the vendor and client-side teams, Helen brings a pragmatic and practical approach to ensure project success relevant to your organisation.
